I am a Haslingden resident and wonder if others would like to join me in promoting, through picture and narrative, our great town. I am to make regular photographic and written additions about local life to this site. Are there any individuals out there wishing to do the same - Haslingden has such a lot to say you know...

Dear Angiebr
I came across your web site as I was lookning for a link for Business Link office in Clayton - le- Moors and your web site link came up on google browser and clicked to have a browse at your web site and to my surprise I was very pleassed to read about clayton le moors such a small village and it is on the map and its village activities. I used to work in this village at a company called Allspeeds Drive on Atlas Street.I did clicked on couple of topics and headings and other villages and it gives a lot info wahts going in their village.br
I found that such web sites are also very helpful for individuals who have emigrated to other countries and would like to keep themselves up date what is going in their village of the town they left some time back and living in i.e. Australia, South Africa, Canada, Spain etc. This also saves money for the these individuals who are retired and cannot afford phonecalls to ring here to their relatives but by going on internet of their country cyber cafe and recall their and get to know about thier village or town they left some time back or recently.br
I think you and all your team members are doing marvelous job to provide a good service to community and it is a hard work collating info and then post on the web site. Keep up the good work and may you prosper ahead in your work and expand, all the best to you all.br
