Crawshawbooth is a small village in England just north of the market town of Rawtenstall, Lancashire, and a part of the valley of Rossendale. The majority of surrounding land is farm and moor land and many walkers come to the area.
There are a number of English Heritage properties here including a Grade II* Listed Mansion known as Crawshaw Hall and also Goodshaw Chapel, associated with the Larks of Dean.
The village contains a local primary school, located outside of the main village. The village has a few essential shops including fish and chip shop and a Chinese takeaway. There are also newsagents, a drycleaners, and a public library as well as the Riley Brothers' family butchers. The main road consists of a number of Victorian houses. The towns of Rawtenstall and Burnley are nearby.
It also has the oldest and first Religious Society of Friends Meeting House (Quakers) in the world.
