Bradstone is a village in Devon, England, on the River Tamar. It has a small church and a tudor hall (now a farm) with an attractive gatehouse.
The church is 15th century, with one or two earlier features. Outside the tower is a stone dedicated to John Coumbe, said to have lived from 1484 to 1604 - outliving the entire Tudor dynasty.
Work for us - We are looking for enterprising, community-minded people with time and a digital camera to help populate our local websites.
We are currently working on the Bradstone profile and would be pleased to receive contributions from anyone who knows it well.
