Ruscombe is a small village and civil parish, east of Twyford in the Borough of Wokingham, in the English county of Berkshire.

Its most notable resident was William Penn the founder of Pennsylvania who lived there from 1710 to 1718.

Home of Ruscombe Football Club in the Reading Sunday League.
