Experience with Hari's hair salon Me too (Chelsea)I went there a long while ago also for a free student cut. When I called up I asked how long the students had been studying for and was told they were in their 4th year so that seemed ok. When I got there I was taken to an upstairs room where a young guy asked me about what I wanted and then proceeded to cut it exactly the way I had specifically told him would be the worst possible cut for my hair type I asked him how long hed been studying (this was in January) and he said since September he was 17 years old If I had known this I would never have let him loose on my hair. He then asked if I was really pissed off with him now and called Hari up to check his handiwork. Seeing how annoyed I was Hari rearranged the cut as best he could but it was already much shorter than Id asked for so obviously not what I wanted. Hari blow-dried it too but nobody apologised at all. I think they put you upstairs away from normal clients so you cant prove what you asked for or complain about what you get.

My experience with Hari's Salon as hair model (Central London)Hi guys Just wanted to let you know about my experience with Haris Salon in South Kensington. The hair cut I got isnt the worst in the world but I went in hoping to get a funkier cut and the one the girl there gave me makes me look older and the fringe isnt too well cut looks awkward. Also one thing I also didnt like was that there isnt a teacher to check the haircut in the end. They just sent me on my way. She didnt cut the front right its quite boxy and I just feel they could get the teachers involved more to make sure the students know what they are doing. I have had many student hair cuts over the years and this is probably the worst one. They also seem stressed and the environment is a little weird. If possible I would probably stay away from them unless you really really need a haircut but dont expect to get what you ask for. Good luck.
