hi marina. i went 2 school in clungunford. headmaster was also called mount, there was also children at culmington manor which he was also master of. dont think it was jack though. i was there for a short while in 76 or 77 maybe. would really love 2 hear from anybody who was there when i was. important due to what was happening

I WAS EVACUATED TO SEIFTON VIEW CULMINGTON FROM LIVERPOOL IN 1940/41 AND STAYED ON AFTER THE WAR.
MANY MANY HAPPY MEMORIES OF GROWING UP THERE AND WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM ANYONE OF THAT ERA OR ANYONE INVOLVED IN RECORDING THE EXPERIENCES OF THOSE INVOLVED IN EVACUATION AND GROWING UP IN THE WAR AND POST WAR YEARS IN SOUTH SHROPSHIRE.

I was at this school in the 60s which was called Brokside School, I was an artist and i painted a picture which was put in a frame, years later i went back to the school to find it on the wall, it was then given to me, i dropped the picture which smashed the frame but behind my pic was another picture called Easter Bonnet painted by Sheala Jennings in 1952,which is in good condition, and i think she would like it back as she would be in her 70s.br
