Bobbing can refer to multiple things:
bobbing: one of involuntary movements of eyes which could be seen in comatose patients who suffer from pontin lesions. It is a slow downward movement of eye from mid point and then fast returning to midpoint
head bobbing: Like a nodding, except usually to music rhythmically.
